Ondo DG Declares Open Boundary Sensitization Programme

Ondo State Deputy Governor, who is also the State Chairman of Ondo State Boundary Commission, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa declared open, Ondo State Boundary Commission Annual sensitization programme, with a charged on the need for regular dialogue and sensitization of the affected people in the borderlines so as to prevent likely escalated boundary issues along the state borderlines.
The well attended programme was held at Sunview Hotel, Alagbaka Akure on Wednesday.
Aiyedatiwa also enjoined the commission to place premium on the economic interest of the people in the borderlines so as to wade off conflicts.
Others at the event are, Commissioner of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon Amidu Takuro, Secretary, Ondo State Boundary Commission, Surv. Abiodun Owolabi and others.
