NUJ Congratulates New BCOS GM

The BCOS chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists has sent a congratulatory message to one of its own, Mr Goke Adelakun on his appointment as General Manager of the Corporation.

In the message signed by the BCOS NUJ Chairperson, Dupe Fehintola and Secretary, Olaposi Oshola,the union described the appointment as due reward for hardwork,excellence in service and unwaivering commitment to duty.

BCOS NUJ noted that Mr Adelakun, an exemplary gentleman who is also a level-headed and highly committed and loyal officer, is a round peg in a round hole.

The union expressed the hope that the new GM will work with the Chairperson of the Corporation,Mrs Dọtun Olaitan,and the entire BCOS management and staff to take the Corporation to greater heights in the realm of global broadcasting.

While commending the executive governor of Oyo state,Engineer S’eyi Makinde for the appointment,BCOS NIJ expressed the hope that the state government will quickly inject the necessary support to the state broadcasting outfits to enable the organisation to fulfill its corporate and statutory obligations to the very best in conformity with international standards.
