2023: Go And Cast Your Vote For Your Preferred Candidates, Oyo HIVE Coordinator, Aderibigbe Charges Women

Ahead of the 2023 general elections, Nigerian
women have been urged to vote for their preferred candidatex in order to ensure better future for the nation.

The Coordinator, HIVE, Oyo state, Ambassador Christiana Aderibigbe stated this at one day seminar organised by HIVE and its yearly women thanksgiving held at Oyo town.

Speaking at a one day seminar put together by it’s oyo stàte chapter, the coordinator HIVE in the state, Ambassador Christiana Aderibigbe said with more women coming out to vote in the 2023 elections, women and gender issues can be changed at all levels of government.

According to Ambassador Aderibigbe, who is also the President, Peace Wonderful Women of Impact Int’l Ministry, having women participation in Democratic process key positions will
drive the cause of gender equality and representation.

Aderibigbe Charges Women not to take the back sit but to lead in their quest to reposition and restore back the nation with their votes.

In her lecture, Barr Titi Asabia of Development Agenda for Western Nigeria ( Dawn Commission) encouraged women to go out and vote enmasse.

She described women as best managers of resources at all times advising them to be change agent that Nigeria needs especially at this critical stage.

Other women that spoke at the event all admonished women to take advantage of the coming elections and change old narratives thru their votes.

The event also features special thanksgivings service for women present.

Special prayer was said for the nation and Oyo state in particular.
