..as Ibadan based popular cleric storms Fiditi for Olaoluwa foundation
It was a carnival like event at Fiditi in Afijio local government as revered men of God led by Prophet Samuel Shittu visited Fiditi in Afijio local government for official launch of Peter Olaoluwa Foundation, (POF).
Speaking at the event, Prophet Samuel Shittu stated that the step taken by the founder POF, Peter Abidemi Olaoluwa is the one ordained by Almighty, reason for the convergence of prominent men of God in Fiditi to graced the launch.
The Ibadan based cleric said the foundation as established by Olaoluwa was a directive from God.
He added that Peter Abidemi Olaoluwa, a chartered accountant has been destined to serve his people in Afijio local government and by extension, the people of Oyo State in the coming days.
Shittu promised to also be an active member of the Olaoluwa movement as it is also the responsibility of men of God to ensure good governance in their community.
Prophet at the event presented a cash gift to various groups in Fiditi on behalf of Peter Olaoluwa Foundation (POF).
Earlier the team led by Prophet Samuel Shittu was at the residence of a prominent community and APC leader, Baba Adeniyi Adegbite to pay homage and informed him the purpose of their visit.
In his welcome address, the secretary of the foundation, Rev Joseph Dopamu said the foundation was established to bring succour to many people in Fiditi, Afijio and Oyo state as a whole.
He added that the foundation has numerous plans to assist the people in order to ensure better life for all.
In his remark, Pa Adegbite who narrated little of his political experience and that of Fiditi as a community to his guests said, if all hands can be on deck, whatever ambition of Peter Abidemi Olaoluwa is just at his finger tips.
The elder statesman also emphasised the importance of prayer and commitment to the cause by all stakeholders pledging his readiness to also support the cause.
Some indigenes of Fiditi who were at the event expressed their joy to launch of the foundation and pledged to also reciprocate the good gesture.
Also at the event were Ibadan based clerics, community leaders from Celica community, Egbeda local government led by Com Subair Kehinde, party leaders from Afijio local government among others.
