Tinubu is The Best Listening, purposeful President Nigeria Ever Have – Ibadan Based property merchant
An Ibadan based property merchant, Alhaji Sufianu Kazeem, popularly known as Sukazeem, has described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a true leader. Nigerians have been longing for.
Alhaji Kazeem, in a release on Tuesday, said Nigeria since the beginning of the present democratic dispensation has never had a president that listens to the voices of his people and leads according to their yearnings, until the Emergence of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The elder statesman, who was also a close confidant of late winner of 1993 presidential election, Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola, stated that evidence abounds of many decisions taken by President Tinubu who did not go down well with Nigerians but was later changed to reflect the wishes of the people.
According to him, “Let it be put on record that this us the first time Nigeria will be having a listening President who never failed to show understanding with the lights of Nigerians when necessary.
“President had portrayed himself as a leader, mentor, and father who will spare nothing to alleviate the pains any Nigeria may be going through, with its reversal of policies that may not go down well the citizens which makes him the most listening Nigeria President.”
Alhaji Kazeem then counselled the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress under its Chairman, Joe Ajaero, not to be used against the wish of the majority of Nigerians.
Alhaji Kazeem said from all indications and available information gathered so far, Ajaero is playing an ostrich to few influential politicians aimed at distracting the current government at the centre.
The elder statesman stated that Nigerian workers formed a reasonable and active percentage of the country’s population, but that should not be taken for advantage over other Nigerians who are not working for government.
He said that though Nigerians are passing through very difficult challenges at this period, but hope should not be lost yet, efforts must be made to cooperate with government at all levels so as to improve the nation’s economy.
“Let me say, had observed in recent times like any other Nigerian, the fierce battle between the NLC President and government of Nigeria over some offences levied against Joe Ajaero. But, I want to say that the office of the NLC President should be separated from that of Ajaero as the office has nothing to do with the said offences.
“It becomes very important for the labour leader to go clear his name and not hide under NLC presidency. He should also guard against being used by disgruntled elements who claimed to be politicians to distract the government as the implication may not be too palatable for him.”
Alhaji Kazeem added that the present government should be given a chance to turn around the country for better.
He stressed the need for opposition parties in Nigeria to team up with the president in navigating the nation out of its present difficulties for the benefit of the coming generations.
