Oyo NACJ Commiserates with Former CAN Chairman Over Mother’s Death

The Nigeria Association of Christian Journalists (NACJ), Oyo State chapter has commiserated with the former Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria, (CAN), Oyo state, Pastor Benjamin Akanmu over demise of his mother.

NACJ, in a release on Sunday, signed by his chairman, Lekan Shobo Shobowale and made available to newsmen through its publicity secretary, Adeola Badru described the huge as loss.

The group stated that it receives the news of the death of Mama Abigail Elefunke Ajoke Ojoose Akanmu (Nee Kehinde) with mixed feelings, especially judging by the very old age of Mama, but notwithstanding, it pains when one loses her mother.

NACJ then congratulated the former CAN chairman in the state and his siblings for surviving their mother at a very ripe age.

“We pray that God will comfort you and give you peace of mind and for the grace to bear this irreplaceable lose.

“May you also take solace in the Word of God and the grace that stabilizes believers in such a time like this.

May God help you to come out renewed and strong.” it concluded.
