NACJ Cheers Christians into New Year

…Advocates Unity, Positive Change

The Nigerian Association of Christian Journalists (NACJ), Oyo State Chapter, has warmly greeted Christians in Oyo State and across the nation as they welcome the New Year.

In a statement released by the Public Relations Officer, Com. Adeola Badru, on behalf of the association’s chairman, Com. ‘Lekan Sobo Sobowale, the NACJ emphasised the significance of unity and renewed faith among believers during this transformative season.

The statement urged Christians to come together, fostering a spirit of collaboration and mutual support as they enter the new year.

NACJ called for a renewed commitment to faith, encouraging believers to deepen their spiritual lives and actively engage in community service.

The association highlighted the need for Christians to be beacons of hope and love, particularly in a time marked by various adversities.

Addressing ongoing issues such as insecurity, economic hardship, and social injustice, the statement urged Christians to take a firm stand for righteousness and advocate peace and equity in the society.

NACJ expressed optimism that through collective efforts and strong faith, the challenges faced can be overcome.

The association further encouraged Christians to reflect on their personal and communal goals, emphasising the importance of prayer, fellowship, and outreach.

NACJ, however, reiterated its commitment to promoting ethical journalism and ensuring that the voices of Christians are heard in the media landscape.

E-Signed:

Com. Adeola Badru,

Public Relations Officer,
