Iyalode Alaba Lawson Let Me Know That She Couldn’t Make It – Ebenezer Obey

Veteran Juju musician, Chief Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi said the late Iyalode of Egbaland, Alaba Lawson knew the end has come few days before her demise.

Chief Obey Fabiyi revealed this in an interview with Journalists while commenting on preparation for burial of his late wife.

The veteran Juju musician stated that, first, Iyalode Alaba believed that she would survive the ailment and always told him that God would save her and that she had faith in God concerning her healing.

He added that when Late Alaba Lawson knew the end had come, she said it and also mentioned all the details concerning her burial such as where she would like to be buried.

When asked whether the preparation for the burial is in line with her wish, Obey-Fabiyi replied that “of course yes, it’s in line with her wishes and she wrote everything down adding that they are on how to keep her legacy projects and have a solemn and befitting burial devoid of alcohol and musical entertainment.

Evengelist Obey-Fabiyi described the late socialite as a considerate person and lover of his people.
