Christmas: Oyo APC Chieftain, POJ Preaches Love

As christians In Nigeria joins their counterparts across the world, Mogaji Ojo Eweena, Oke Offa, Baba Sale, (Engr) Popoola Olukayode Joseph popularly called POJ has charged Christians to promote love, peace and unity.

Mogaji Popoola in his Christmas message through his media office in Ibadan on Thursday urged the Christian faithful to remain committed to the worthy ideals exemplified by the birth of Jesus Christ as they celebrate the Yuletide.

The Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State advised the privileged in the state to use the season to reach out to the less privileged as a measure of deepening friendship and communal living.

POJ said “I join the Christian faithful in our dear State and the Nigeria in celebrating the joyous occasion of Christmas.

“As we remember the true meaning of this glorious festivity, may we emulate the Lord Jesus Christ’s love, and kindness by extending our hands to the less privileged among us.”

Popoola also urged Christians to remain steadfast in prayer for God to intervene in the myriads of challenges facing the nation.
