Alleged Murder: Court Frees Oriyomi Hazmat, Ooni Of Ife’s Ex Wife, Principal
Justice Ladiran Akintola of the Oyo State High Court, sitting in Ibadan, has struck out the charges against Naomi Silekunola, the estranged wife of the Ooni of Ife, an Ibadan based Radio presenter, Oriyomi Hamzat, and Principal, Islamic High School, Basorun, Ibadan. Abdullah Fasasi standing trial for stampede that claimed lives during the last year Children funfair at Bashorun Area, Ibadan, Oyo State.

The court also ordered the release of the three defendants’ international passports.
During the court session, Justice Akintola advised the defendants to be guided and avoid similar issues in the future.
