“Wife of Senator Ladoja Loses Mother, Holds 8-Day Firdau in Abeokuta*

*Wife of Senator Ladoja Loses Mother, Holds 8-Day Firdau in Abeokuta*

Alhaja Wosilat Aduke Oluwole, mother of Alhaja Rashidat Olayinka Ladoja, has died at the age of 89.

Alhaja Wosilat Oluwole died on Friday, 22nd November, 2024 in Ibadan, Oyo State and had since been buried according to Islamic Rites at her home in Abeokuta.

A Statement by the Personal Assistant to her Daughter, Alhaja Rashidat Olayinka Ladoja who is a Wife of the Former Governor of Oyo State and the Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, Mr. Biodun Eleni said, 8-Day Firdau and final burial ceremony would be held in honour of Alhaja Wosilat Aduke Oluwole on *Friday, 29th November, 2024* in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

One of her Children, Mrs Nike Adigun described their Mother as an exemplary and kind-hearted woman who stood by her Children and others in the society.

“She was respected for her guidance, wisdom, compassion, and dedication to Allah and selfless service to humanity. Many will continue to remember her as a source of guidance and support, both within her family and beyond.”

Mrs Adigun maintained that, though their mother passed on at 89, still it was a devastating moment for them, saying she would be deeply missed.

She prayed Almighty Allah grant her Aljannat Firdaus.
