Prominent Ibadan Mogaji Debunks Attacks On Olubadan, Council, CCII, Others
Contrary to news making rounds that Mogaji Olawale Oladoja recently questioned the appointment of the new Aare of Ibadanland, and the need to honour Governor Seyi Makinde, Mogaji Oladoja has denied the said statement.
In a release on Wednesday evening, Oladoja said he holds the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun Okumade the second in high esteem and will never do anything to tarnish his hard earned image.
Oladoja said the decision to appoint solely lies with Olubadan and the Olubadan in Council and will not go against any of his decisions .
He said the said publication is the handiwork of his distractors who never wish him well.
He also apologize to members of the Olubadan in Council, Central Council of Ibadan indigenes and anyone who the said statements would had caused any inconveniences.
He specifically appreciated the new Aare of Ibadanland, the Ekerin Olubadan of Ibadanland,Oba Hamidu Ajibade, for their understanding all through thr crisis.
He described Oba Hamidu Ajibade as a leader and brother whose contributions can not be over empphasise in the devt of Ibadanland.
