Oyo APC to Give Late Chairman, Omodewu, a Befitting Burial

The All Progressives Congress (APC), Oyo State has rolled out programme of activities for the burial of the deceased State Chairman of the party, Barr. Isaac Ajiboye Omodewu.

Omodewu passed away on August 19th in the United States of America after a brief illness at the age of 61.

The late Oyo State APC was a rare gem, peacemaker, committed, down-to-earth, and service-oriented leader.

He rendered unquantifiable contributions to the growth and development of Oyo State as Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, and later as Commissioner for Lands and Housing in the administration of late former Governor Abiola Ajimobi.

As State Chairman of Oyo APC, he ensured true reconciliation and peace towards the stability of the progressive party in the State.

Though his exit is extremely painful, we take solace in the fact that he left behind a united and peaceful APC family.

According to the burial committee led by Prince Ayodeji Abass Aleshinloye, i n recognition of his impacts, he will be given a befitting burial as scheduled below:
