Ope Salami Congratulates Chief Bisi Akande on Birthday Anniversary

Former Chairman, Akinyele Local government, Hon Ope Salami has congratulated the first interim National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Governor of Osun State, Chief Bisi Akande, on his birthday anniversary on Thursday.

Ope Salami in a congratulatory mesage sent to our correspondent described the party chieftain and elder statesman as courageous and honest.

He described the celebrant as an advocate of good governance, restructuring, and true federalism.

“As a true democrat and respected political icon, you had made a great impact in the lives of many Nigerians through politics and governance.

“I salute Chief Akande for his commitment to public service, especially during his tenure as the first Governor of Osun State in the current Fourth Republic, and he remained a beacon of hope for younger generations in a country where many believed that politics was a means for wealth acquisition.

“On behalf of my family, I congratulate our father, Baba Omo Kekeke, Chief Bisi Akande, on his birthday anniversary. “
