Let’s Pray For Governor Seyi Makinde Led- Administration To Succeed – Pastor Layi Adisa

The Chaplain, Oyo State Government chapel, Pastor Layi Adisa has called on men of God across the state continue to pray for Governor Seyi Makinde, his wife and members of first family in order for them to succeed in the assigned assignment of taking the state to the next level.

Pastor Layi Adisa stated this at a special prayer session for Oyo state held at Oyo zone recently.

He added that for the government to succeed and meet the yearnings of the people, clerics across the state must stand in the gap and pray fervently for those in authority in the state.

“As the Chaplain of the Oyo State Government House Chapel, I count it a great privilege to extend the spiritual atmosphere of worship, intercession, and prophetic declaration beyond the walls of the chapel in Ibadan to all five (5) zones across our beloved state.

“This initiative is born out of a divine burden to see the hand of God move mightily in every corner of Oyo State, from the leadership at the top to the grassroots.”

Adisa highlighted the pivotal role spiritual leaders play in shaping the destiny of the land, hence the need for commitment to the kingdom work as a beacon of hope, which is the reason for the gathering.

“We are also under a solemn and sacred assignment to pray earnestly for His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, the First Lady, and the entire First Family.

“We believe that as we stand in the gap for those in authority, God will release wisdom, strength, and divine preservation upon them and the government they lead.”

He said the gathering is a prophetic move to stir revival across all zones in the state which is a divine assignment, a call to prophetic intercession for peace, progress, godly governance, and the fulfillment of God’s promises over Oyo State.
