GOV AIYEDATIWA INSPECTS ORE 30MW POWER PLANT, ORDERS REVIEW OF PROJECT.

Ondo State Governor, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has reiterated the determination of his administration to improve power supply to the people of the State.

The Governor stated this at the weekend when he paid an inspection visit to the 30MW Power Plant at Ore in Odigbo Local Government Area of the State.

The Consultant of the project, which is solely funded by the state government, Engr. Ayodele Ikumapayi, conducted the Governor round the facilites, giving updates on the level of work done since it was built in 2012.

The power plant is expected to serve parts of the southern senatorial district and the industrial park at Ore.

Governor Aiyedatiwa directed that a comprehensive review of the project be conducted so that work can resume on the plant.
