Eid-el-Fitr: Osi Bashorun Of Ibadanland Greets Muslims, Calls For Prayer
As Muslims join their counterparts across the world to celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, the Osi Bashorun of Ibadanland, Prince( Dr. ) Azeez Popoola Adeduntan has called for more prayers for Nigeria.
Adeduntan in his Eid-el-Fitr message on Tuesday through his media office urged Nigerians to live peacefully with one another and ensure the country remained united as nation building is not a walk in the park.It takes generations.
He said the symbol is specifically obedience and total supplications to Allah adding that people must thank Allah for all they are enjoying in the country.
“We must all live in harmony in this country. We must remain a united Nigeria, likewise pray that Allah grants us abundance.”
He further urged all Nigerians to contribute immensely to the development of the country and prayed for the speedy recovery of the nations economy challenges.
He called on Muslims to learn from the lessons of Ramadan.
“We had in the last 29 days been closer to Almighty Allah in total obedience and supplications.
“On behalf of my family and supporters across the state, NIgeria and the world,I wish you all memorable Eid-el-Fitr celebration.”
