Adeduntan Loyalists Set To Dump PDP
In what looks like the fall out of the meeting between Senator Teslim Folarin and Chief Dr. Azeez Popoola Adeduntan, his loyalists are set to dump the ruling People’s Democratic party (PDP).
An inside source confirmed this to NigerianAlert on Saturday afternoon after some of the leaders of Adeduntan Support Group met with him at his Alakia, Ibadan office.
On Friday, Adeduntan also met with Folarin at his Alakia, Ibadan office where issues of 2027 Governorship election was believed to have been discussed.
Adeduntan may also go back to APC in the coming weeks after his plan would have been perfected.
Azeez Adeduntan, a former commissioner for health in the state and currently the Osi Bashorun of Ibadanland last year dumped APC due to his inability to secure APC gubernatorial ticket and worked assiduously for the second term bid of Governor Seyi Makinde who has not rewarded him nor his team for their efforts ,but cold shoulders.
