In line with his Unification Agenda, PDP national Vice Chairman Ambassador Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja on Wednesday led PDP South West reconcilation team to the former Deputy Governor Of Oyo State, Hon. Hazeem Gbolarumi.

In a press release made available by the Special assistant to the PDP National Vice Chairman on media and publicity, Ibrahim Bamitale and made available to news men, Arapaja was at Gbolarunmi Bodija’s residence with other top PDP leaders.

In his comment, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja said he believe that the likes of Hon. Gbolarunmi are members of one inseparable family no matter the situation.

“No doubt, both of us pass through same leadership training in the same political home, it would be a shame on us if this administration fails in it’s primary Agenda.”

He added that if Governor Makinde could at a point nominated him for the post he is currently occupying just to compensate his political home, it shows that he has every other person in the family at heart.

“This is a big task for everyone of us and I would continue to seek for your support on this.

We are facing more than enough challenges in Southwest PDP and it would be a big slap on myself and you if I fail to reconcile with my own people at home because they say, Charity begins at home” he added.

He urged leaders of the party to believe that there would be a positive change if they all work together to make things work out for good so that everyone would benefit.

In response, Gbolarumi promised to support Ambassador Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja in his agenda to reposition PDP.

The National Vice-chairman of PDP South West was accompanied by Alhaja Bose Adedibu, Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige, Hon Fatia Adeshina, Hon Gbenga Adewusi, Hon Yinka Omikunle, among others.
