The Presiding Bishop and General Overseer, Christ The Light Gospel Church (inc), Ibadan, Bishop Olusegun Solomon Aremu has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to ensure restructuring of Nigeria before 2023 election.
Bishop Aremu stated this in a chat with Nigeria Alert News on Monday.
The Cleric explained that without true restructuring, there may not be peaceful, free and credible elections in Nigeria adding that the President should as a matter of necessity consider many reports and recomendations by various committees and conferences.
Bishop Aremu ttributed the current difficulties confronting Nigeria to the 1977 Arts and Culture Festival in Lagos tagged “Festac 77.”
The cleric explained that the day Nigerian leaders accepted to brought in idols from all over the world to Nigeria marked the beginning of great setbacks for the “giant of Africa.”
Bishop Aremu assured that Nigeria will soon overcome its current problem but only if hpit returned to God who can turned every problems to progress, calling on Nigerians to continue to pray for the well being of the nation.
