Oyo Guber Hopeful, Adeduntan Commends Buhari, Registered At His Olupoyi Compound

The Osi Bashorun Of Ibadanland and 2023 Oyo State Governorship Hopeful, Chief Dr. Azeez Popoola Adeduntan on Thursday revalidated his All Progressives Congress (APC) membership at Olupoyi family Compound, in Ibadan South West Local Government.

Chief Dr. Adeduntan who was at the registration point with chieftains of the All Progressive Congress was welcome to the area by his teeming supporters & was the first party member from the area on the register.

Speaking shortly after his revalidation, Adeduntan who is the founder and Chairman, Dr Azeez Popoola Adeduntan Foundation (DAPAF) described the exercise as essential, saying the first APC membership registration took place in 2014 and now the need to allow younger Nigerians to also come on board.

“This is an opportunity for young Nigerians who are today eighteen years and above to be registered as bonafide members of our great party-, the APC,” he said.

The international Cardio Vascular Surgeon who returned back to Nigeria few days ago from the United States of America said the party needed to update its register and ascertain who are the real members of the party in order to plan adequately for subsequent and future elections.

He commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his fatherly role as well as his love for the nation inspite of diffiiculties and noticeable setbacks being created daily by unscrupulous elements.

He also praised the Akin Oke led exco of Oyo APC the way it has successfully piloted the affairs of the party in the state in the last eight years.

He appealed to all members of the party to conduct themselves in a decent
manner towards ensuring success of the exercise.

The President newly built Adeduntan Cardiovascular and Diagnostic centre (ACDC)Ibadan ,assured of his continued commitment to the Oyo APC for the overall development of the people of the state.

Chief Dr. Adeduntan also after his registration paid unscheduled visits to some members of Olupoyi compound.
