International Women’s Day: Oyo Governorship Hopeful, Adeduntan Greets Women, Assures Them Of Better Oyo State.

Oyo State 2023 governorship hopeful and Osi Basorun of Ibadanland, Chief Dr. Azeez Popoola Adeduntan has felicitated with all women in Oyo State as they join the rest of the world in celebrating International Women’s Day.

The day was set aside by the global community to encourage and celebrate women’s social, cultural, economic and political achievements.

According to a statement by the media office of the world renowned Harvard trained board certified international cardiovascular Surgeon and made available to journalists in Ibadan, Adeduntan assured women of his commitment to the promotion of women’s rights and the well-being of women in the state come 2023.

He promised to remove all impediments to the realization of equality by women in the state adding that his government if elected will continue to do all within its powers to fulfill that pledge.

The 2011 Labour Party candidate for Oyo state GOVERNORSHIP and immediate past administration distinguished Commissioner OF HEALTH ,urged governments at all levels in the country to move quickly to identify critical issues militating against the well-being and progress of Nigerian women, with a view to rapidly devising adequate plans, programmes and strategies to address them.

“Adeduntan appreciates and loves all Nigerian women without exceptions for the sacrifice they are making to keep the home running at this time of economic crunch occasioned by high fuel prices,run away inflation especially basic food prices,poor dollar-Naira exchange ratio and high cost of living.
He shares your pain and promised that help is coming in 2023 .

He wished all Nigerian women particularly Oyo state women “a happy International Women’s Day”.
