In a release through his media office in Ibadan, Chief Dr. Adeduntan stated that fifty years on the throne of his ancestors had brought steady socio-economic growth to the ancient city of Oyo.
He described Alaafin as a worthy custodian of Yoruba culture and heritage and a
good ambassador of the Yoruba race.
Adeduntan noted that: “Oba Adeyemi has always stood for justice and good governance and has been father to all irrespective of tribes, political affiliations and any other differences.
