Adeduntan Greets Oyo Workers @ May Day

The Osi Bashorun Of Ibadanland, Chief Dr Azeez Popoola Adeduntan has congratulated workers in Oyo State on the occasion of year 2020 International Workers Day.

In a statement from his media office in Ibadan, Chief Dr Adeduntan lauded the resilience and commitment of workers in both the formal and informal sectors describing their contributions to Oyo state economy and the nation as priceless.

“As we mark this year’s Workers’ Day, all workers in the state should be proud that
their significant contributions keep the state moving forward – as they are
the lifeblood of our dear state,and the nation at large as well as an integral part of the fabric that makes up our
society,” he said.

The International Surgeon and President RILGA LLC – a professional corporation In the United States of America and Nigeria thanked the workers for their strong support in the task to build the state and the Nation at large.

He said though the raging COVID 19 pandemic has had a telling effect on
the livelihoods of many working families and businesses in the country, the country’s economy will surely come out of this stronger and more flourishing.

Chief Dr Adeduntan hailed the resilience, determination and undying spirit of workers especially those at the frontline of COVID 19 pandemic in the state and the nation as highly commendable and patriotic.

He wished all NIGERIANS continued good health.
